Reserve a Quarter Beef with a deposit today. Your beef will be available for delivery on December, 2026.

The final price is based on hanging weight and will be confirmed before pickup or delivery. After we receive your deposit, you can choose your cut instructions so the beef is prepared to your preference. The amount paid today is a deposit, not the final price.

Your deposit is non-refundable and will be credited toward your final total. The remaining balance is due at pickup or delivery.

Quarter Beef is approximately: 50 lbs of ground beef, 30 lbs of roast with specialty cuts, and 20 lbs of assorted steak cuts.

Approximate price of a Quarter is $1,400. Price includes processing and delivery within 4 hours of Across Jordan Cattle Co, in Goodman, Missouri.
