Reserve a half of beef with a deposit today. Your beef is available for delivery on December, 2026.

The final price is based on hanging weight and will be confirmed before pickup or delivery. After we receive your deposit, you can choose your cut instructions so the beef is prepared to your preferences. The amount paid today is a deposit, not the final price.

Your deposit is non-refundable and will be credited toward your final total. The remaining balance is due at pickup or delivery.

A Half Beef is approximately- 100 pounds of ground beef, 60 pounds of roast with specialty cuts, and 40 lbs of steak.

Aprox price of Half beef processed and delivered is $2,900.

Final price will include processing and delivery within 4 hours of Across Jordan Cattle Co, in Goodman, Missouri.
